Description
The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act became an Act of the Scottish Parliament in July 2015. This assessment works through whether and how to assess the impacts of policies, programmes or interventions so evaluations are more useful. It focuses on Parts 3 and 5 of the Act on Participation Requests and Asset Transfer Requests.
