Description
The Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) Evaluability Assessment is designed to provide a framework within which the Scottish Government’s programme to expand ELC provision can be effectively evaluated. The assessment was undertaken in collaboration with the Scottish Government and a number of other stakeholders across Scotland.
